Recruitment and Placement Services

We sell a finite number of licenses in each state depending on the size of the candidate pool in each state,
leaving each license holders with an ample supply of opportunities.

Loan Officer License

$1,250 monthly license fee per State

  • Placement of Loan Officers in the selected licensed state(s)
  • Minimum 12 month license term which automatically renews annually unless cancelled by either party
  • 12.5bps override fee on closed loan volume by placement for 36 months*
  • Licensee can elect at the time of the on boarding to have additional services for each loan officer on an ongoing basis which would include:
    • Business Planning
    • Customized strategies for brand building

(*Licensee may elect to receive “Additional Services”. Additional services will start at the time of onboarding and continue past the initial 36-month period. The additional services will renew annually after the initial 36-month period for a continued service fee of 12.5 bps.)

Manager License

$2,500 monthly License fee per State

  • Placement of Divisional Managers, Regional Managers and Branch Managers in selected licensed state(s)
  • Minimum 12 month license term which automatically renews annually unless cancelled by either party
  • 12.5bps override on closed loan volume by placement for 36 months*
  • Licensee can elect at the time of the on boarding to have additional services for each candidate on an ongoing basis which would include:
    • Business Planning
    • Customized strategies for brand building

Enterprise License

$5,000 monthly License fee per State

  • Placement of Divisional Managers, Regional Managers, Branch Managers and Loan Officers in selected licensed state(s)
  • Minimum 36 month license term which automatically renews on unless cancelled by either party
  • 25 bps override on closed loan volume by placements renewing every 36 months so long as the placement remain employed with Licensee.
